APPOINTMENTS

We do not accept appointments by email. Appointments can be made online by calling or through text (preferably). Please give

the technician by the end of the day to answer as she may be with clients throughout the day. Should you not find an appointment

online, feel free to reach out as there may be a rare chance she can book you in.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICIES

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via email and text. Please honor your appointment but if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 12 business hours* before your appointment time. Credit card information is required in order to book appointments. A 100% no-show fee will be applied for the service that was booked. If more than two cancellations are made less than 12 hours in advance, a 100% charge for the service booked will be made. All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone or text. Appointment cancellations through email are not accepted.
 

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask that clients arrive on time for their appointments to ensure adequate time for the highest results. Late arrivals will cause the length of the appointment to be shortened due to time constraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accepting late clients may disrupt the following appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, please understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at Delonix Beauty's discretion. 
 

LASH REFILLS

We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at Delonix Beauty – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, removal of the previous lashes are required for new clients. This prevents the mixing of different adhesives and products that are applied at other salons.
 

CHILDREN

While we love children, we are unable to allow young children that can not stay seated in the salon. We care about the safety of you and your little ones, as we work with sharp tools and can not keep an eye on your child while we are working. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask!
 

PAYMENT

We accept Cash and all major credit cards with a chip.
